Signing Compliance

The Signing Compliance page gives an audit view of all signing events across the platform — field signatures, seal applications, and certificate generations. Use it to spot anomalies and investigate disputed sessions.
What It Shows
Each row represents a signing event with:
- Session ID and date
- Notary name and SCN
- Event type:
field_signed,seal_applied,certificate_generated - Document name
- Timestamp
Filtering
Filter by:
- Date range
- Notary name or SCN
- Event type
- Session status
Red Flags to Act On
| Observation | Action |
|---|---|
Seal applied without field_signed events | Investigate — a seal should only follow document signing |
| Multiple seal applications on one session | Check session detail for an explanation |
| Certificate generated for a cancelled session | Escalate immediately |
| High volume of sessions from a single notary in a short window | Review for compliance with personal performance rules |
Audit Log
The full platform audit log (all admin and notary actions) is accessible to the Compliance group from the Compliance page. The signing compliance view is a filtered subset focused on notarisation events.
