Admin Portal Overview

The Admin Portal is the internal management interface for the Notarise It© platform. It is separate from the client-facing web app and is accessible only to users with an admin account.

Who This Guide Is For

GeneralDashboard and user list only

Access to pages is controlled by group membership. If you try to navigate to a page your group doesn't cover, you'll see an "Access Denied" screen. Contact your Super Admin to update your groups.

Logging In

  1. Go to https://admin.noteriseit.com
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Complete OTP verification (sent to your registered email)

If you have TOTP enabled (Google Authenticator / Authy), you'll be prompted for your 6-digit code instead of an OTP email.

Can't log in? You must be invited by a Super Admin — there is no self-registration. Contact your Super Admin to send or resend an invitation.

First Time on the Platform?

If this is the very first deployment and no admin users exist yet, follow the First Run Setup guide before anything else.
